Sentiment Tracker is a continuous social-listening tool operated by BLDS India. A signed-in user creates a tracker for a keyword or brand; the app then fetches and scores matching public posts automatically, every hour, and presents the aggregate result — overall tone, emotional breakdown, themes, and trends — on that user's dashboard.
Each hour, every active tracker fetches a bounded, recent sample of public posts matching its keyword from the platforms it's configured for, scores each post's sentiment and emotional tone with an AI model, and stores only newly-seen posts — already-seen posts are never re-fetched or re-scored. Post text is shown back to the tracker's owner as part of their own dashboard; it is not republished, resold, or exposed to anyone else.
X / Twitter
Public posts via X's official search API.
Public posts matching a tracked keyword.
Public hashtag posts, fetched hourly.
YouTube
Public videos via the YouTube Data API.
Only public content is accessed, and only the read/search scopes each platform's API requires for keyword search — nothing is posted, voted on, or modified on any connected platform, and no private or authenticated user data is accessed on a visitor's behalf.
Tracker results are stored under the account that created the tracker and are not shared between accounts. Requests to review, export, or delete stored data can be made using the contact below.
